This blog is about the book The Hobbit. I love the Lord Of The Rings movies so reading this book was a no brainer. The Hobbit is the begging of it all and there is a movie coming out about this summer and i am really excited to see it. I'm planning on buying all the movies once The Hobbit is on DVD and having a Lord Of The Rings marathon. But back to the book, I haven't finished it yet but I'm in Chapter 7 and it is really interesting and i really enjoy it. Some characters in the book that i like are
Gandalf, Gollum (even if he is creepy) and Bilbo. I'm sure there will be plenty more characters I will start to like but so far those three are my favorite. I will really enjoy comparing the movie and the book to see how much of the book is kept in the movie. I'm planning on reading the other books after I'm done with The Hobbit. The Hobbit is a really good book from what I've read and i would suggest others read it too.
